#106 Alumina Titania Thermal Spray Powder

Saint-Gobain’s #106 thermal spray powders feature blocky-shaped particles that form dense, hard coatings engineered to resist wear due to abrasion, fretting, cavitation & particle erosion. The alumina-titania formulation resists corrosion by most acidic & caustic environments. The #106 powders are ideal for coating components such as thread guides, grid bars, feed separators, shafts & pumps requiring a dense, smooth finish with high friction resistance in chemical & textile applications.
