The new gun is a simple and unique design. It is based on a conventional plasma gun design using a single anode/single cathode configuration. However, the plasma gas injection and electrode shapes have been optimized to enable you to accomplish a wide range of thermal spray requirements. 

Whether you need high powder feed rate, high deposition efficiency or high velocity, the ProPlasma HP meets your requirements at a fraction of the cost when compared to other new generation plasma guns. It’s simple design and higher efficiency results in lower operational costs, lower energy consumption, lower powder needs, less waste, … all of which save you money.

Typical performance results obtained with the ProPlasma HP include:

- spray rates of 120 g/min at 51% DE when used with Saint-Gobain Chrome Oxide powder
- spray rates of 150g/min at 57% DE when used with Saint-Gobain Yttria Zirconia powder
