Saint-Gobain Coating Solutions has manufactured a unique range of flame spray guns for more than 90 years.  Our guns are unique because they can produce a range of coatings with materials such as metals, ceramics, carbides and composites.  This equipment can be used in-house for small, medium or large production jobs and directly on site.  Guns manufactured by Saint-Gobain are capable of spraying all types of materials from soft wires made of Tin to hard wires made of Molybdenum.  Flexi-cords, metal wires and Rokide® rods can also be sprayed with our guns.  Materials with a wide range of melt points from 200°C to 2700°C can also be sprayed with our equipment.

The Z-Jet is recommended for corrosion protection applications.  The Top Jet is recommended for tool rebuilding and corrosion protection applications.  The Master Jet offers versatility for use with ceramics, metals and carbides.  The Master Jet auto is best used for high volume production.  The Rokide® spray unit is for our specially produced Rokide® rods.   We also offer many accessories to compliment these systems.
