Saint-Gobain Coating Solutions designed the ergonomic Z-Jet flame spray gun to provide corrosion resistant coatings using zinc, aluminum or zinc-aluminum wires. These single-application guns offer a range of spray parameters for excellent coverage rates & high-quality surface finishing.
The smallest of Saint-Gobain’s flame spray guns, the lightweight Z-Jet is ideal for lengthy spray applications on complicated shapes. It is easy to set up for use in shop or on site.
Saint-Gobain Coating Solutions’ Top Jet is a versatile, compact yet powerful flame spray gun that feeds a range of Flexicord & RocDur Flexicord thermal spray wires, from soft tin to stiff materials like molybdenum. Top Jet guns feature an interchangeable air motor that offers fast speeds for low melting point materials spraying & slow speeds for spraying metals with high melting points.
Top Jet flame spray guns are recognized for their high-torque air motor. With its five-shift gearbox, Top Jet spray guns enable users to work at the highest torque per given speed. Top-Jet spray guns are versatile and can go from spraying tin to ceramic in 30 seconds.
The lightweight Top Jet is ideal for complicated shapes, either in shop or on site. It is equally well suited for large surface jobs or precision spraying.

The gun delivers excellent spray efficiency with low investment costs & low gas consumption, making it a highly cost-effective spray solution to produce wear-resistant coatings for a variety of applications.
The Master Jet guns feature an electromotor for precise, reproducible material feeding. The ergonomic, lightweight gun can be used manually or with a robot, providing the optimal gun for coating complicated shapes as well as large surfaces.

The Master Jet III Auto delivers excellent spray efficiency with low investment costs & low gas consumption, making it a highly cost-effective spray solution to produce wear-resistant coatings for a variety of applications.
The Master Jet III Auto gun includes a complete automated system with mass flowmeter, PLC & touch screen display. It features an electronic motor for precise, reproducible material feeding. The gun is designed to be fixed on a robot, providing the optimal gun for coating complicated shapes as well as large surfaces.
Saint-Gobain Coating Solutions designed the ID Gun to spray high-performance coatings inside pipes or sleeves larger than 150 mm (6 inches) in diameter. It provides spray rates & deposit efficiencies comparable to external surface spraying techniques – with a capital investment up to 70% less than competitive solutions.
The ID gun uses thermal spray Flexicord, including Saint-Gobain’s proprietary Ti-Elite, Ti-Tex, COREC 6, HardKarb & Rocdur in a range of ceramic, metallic & carbide materials to deliver the optimal wear-resistant coating for a wide range of applications.
The ID gun delivers low-porosity, hard coatings, thus providing greater resistance to abrasion & erosion to extend surface life. The gun can produce coatings up to 800 μm, which exceeds that of plasma sprayed coatings (≈500 μm) & HVOF coatings (≈300 μm).
The ID gun is easy to use. The gun’s arm length can be customized according to the customer’s needs. Guns do not require an engineering level for operation and no special tools are needed for maintenance.
